Delivery Information

As our products are all handmade to order, and due to the bespoke nature of many of them, delivery times can vary. We always aim to deliver within two weeks, however, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have a particular requirement on delivery time, please make a note on your order and we will do our best to meet any deadlines. Charge per consignment throughout England and Wales £12.00. For all other destinations, please enquire. Our delivery charge is a one-off charge per order, no matter how many parcels are involved. Delivery is via a parcel dispatch company and does require a signature. For small items we use 'Royal Mail First Recorded' £4.80. Free delivery on all orders over £400.00 .

Returns

We are happy to exchange or provide a full refund on our standard range if you are not entirely satisfied with your product. Call us on 01993 832850 and we will arrange for the item to be collected at a convenient date. Whilst we are happy to pay carriage costs on any damaged products, should you simply not like the goods and wish to return or exchange them our standard carriage.  

However, due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-measure products, we regret that we can not exchange or refund on products that have been made to individual requirements, unless they are faulty. Please notify us of any problems within 14 days of delivery and contact us before returning any goods.
